How do I return an item?

Autumn Teneyl Returns & Exchange-Only Policy

If for any reason you aren’t satisfied with your order, you must contact Customer Support for a RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA) NUMBER and return it for an exchange within 30 days of purchase.  All Sales of any reduced items are final.  The original receipt must accompany all exchange items.
STEP 1:
Contact ATD Customer Support to receive your RMA number.

STEP 2:
Mark your package clearly in large print with your RMA Number and send us the items via USPS to:

Pagosa Springs, CO 81147.
*Please Note: ATD is not responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail. For your protection, please consider sending your return with Delivery Confirmation and/or Insurance.*

STEP 3:
When your package arrives at the studio, our Customer Support team will review your return and contact you with questions or a credit memo.  PLEASE KEEP A COPY OF YOUR CREDIT MEMO IN A SAFE PLACE.  YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING PROOF OF YOUR EXCHANGE CREDIT UPON REDEMPTION.  AUTUMN TENEYL DESIGNS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR KEEPING TRACK OF YOUR CREDIT.  For your convenience, your credit memo will not expire until used and may be redeemed at any time by calling or emailing our Customer Support team. 

STEP 4: 
When you are ready to use your credit, please contact Autumn Teneyl Customer Support to apply your credit memo to your order.  Credit memos must be redeemed through Customer Support.  You must provide a copy of your credit memo in order to apply a credit to your order.  Autumn Teneyl Designs is not responsible for keeping track of credit memos.  Our Customer Support team will provide instructions to further assist you in placing your order and applying your credit memo.
