A STATEMENT FROM THE DESIGNER, AUTUMN TENEYL WARNER:
As a designer, I want to create durable, beautiful, quality clothing. Sourcing fabric is one of the most challenging and exciting parts of my job. Since
the beginning of Autumn Teneyl Designs, I have used synthetic
designer-end fabrics. In the textile industry, designers often have
manufacturers produce much more fabric than they can use to receive
lower prices. This creates a stream of high-end fabric supply that I
can re-purpose to create the signature vibrant, durable Autumn Teneyl
that my customers have come to appreciate and expect! SO, not only am I
able to create garments with unique, high-end fabrics, but I also am
able to utilize other designers' waste instead of contributing to the
manufacturing of more fabric. I feel good about our light impact on the
environment, which is one of the most important principles of ATD.
Treading lightly on this earth is the foundation on which ATD was built
